BRUT CUVEE @ $60/doz
A blend of Riesling and Chardonnay fruit gives the wine flavour on the sweetish mid-palate which dries towards a firm finish. An easy-drinking and great value bubbly for any occasion.

CABERNET/SHIRAZ @ $75/doz
The flavours on the palate exhibit soft fruit characters and tannin complexity. A round and soft, easy-drinking wine which has good balance and palate length. Fruit sourced from McLaren Vale.

SEMILLON/CHARDONNAY @ $95/doz
A medium-straw colour with a greenish hue. There is a hint of herbaceous Semillon which intermingles with the melon and peachy Chardonnay aromas. The palate is crisp and delicate with the rich full body of Chardonnay balancing the more austere Semillon to provide a pleasant lingering finish.

TAWNY PORT @ $10/btl
The colour is light tawny and there are raisin aromas on the nose. The palate is sweet and simple and the finish is clean.
